Odyssey brings psychological counselling via messenger to people with refugee and migration experiences. Counselling is for all of those who are directly or indirectly affected by stressful refugee or migration experiences. Do you have experiences with flight or migration? Did you have to leave your homeland and leave relatives behind or even lose them? Do you suffer from not knowing how your relatives are doing? Is it tough for you, to find your way in your new life situation? Are you haunted by pictures of violence at home or experiences of flight? Do you suffer from sleep problems? Do you feel nervous or depressed, sad or powerless? Then you can message us. We counsel in the following languages: Arabian, Dari, German, English, Farsi, Russian and Turkish. We invest our time and take you seriously. Counselling is free of charge. We are subject to the duty of confidentiality. We also counsel anonymously.

This is how it works: install Odyssey. Choose a user name. Register with your Email address or phone number. Insert the code. Ready you are. You will be able to see the counsellors that are online and are able to contact them. Even if there would be nobody online your messages will still be heard. We will contact you no later than the next day.
